Olympic Heroes
Double Olympic gold medallist Laura Trott's Olympic campaign hasn't been the only thing making the headlines about her. She's been swigging beers with Prince Harry, and is dating fellow double Olympic gold medallist Jason Kenny. The inspirational part of Laura's story is that she Was born with a collapsed lung, and she was told to take up exercise to regulate her breathing.
Olympic Champion Joanna Rowsell has Alopecia (Chronic Hair Loss), but she doesn't let that stop her, and has used her fame to raise awareness of the condition, and bagged a gold with Laura Trott on 4th August.
Dani King also won gold with Laura and Joanna on Saturday. She came down with glandular fever whilst training to be an elite cyclist in 2009, but has since made a dramatic recovery.
These athletes convey a strong message-Follow your dreams and don't let anything get in your way because if you know you can do it, you can.

Eastpak bag review
This is a really sturdy lightweight bag. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone definitely. I thought it would be bigger, but it was great anyway.

Patience is a virtue...
I find it really hard to stop something as i'm as stubborn as an donkey. (But donkeys are unbelievably cute!! And if you can't be bothered to do anything else just mindlessly stare at this baby donkey).
But sometimes when you are reading are listening to something or reading something it can be really good once you get into it.
So here are some rules I like to use...
1. You should listen to a song at least into the chorus before you make up your mind about it.
2. My English teacher says you should read 30 pages into a book before you make up your mind about it.
3. Don't go by what people say about other people. Some people exaggerate what people have said or are confused or don't understand, so they just say they are weird or something. Speak to a new person using your own judgements, not somebody else's.
4. But if your boyfriend/girlfriend's abusive, GET OUT OF THE RELATIONSHIP. It's tempting to think you can try and change them, but it's safer for you just to get out of the relationship.
5. Same thing if they're cheating on you. More often than not, CHEATERS NEVER CHANGE.

Beauty
- Use beauty multitaskers, like Stila Crush Lip & Cheek Stain and L'oreal double extenion renewal serum and mascara.

- Go to sleep with your clothes for the next day on, it creases them.
- Skip Breakfast, believe people when they say it is the most important meal of the day.
- Go to sleep with your make up on, it will be smudged and your make up will be all over your face.

Star of the week:Rita Ora
Sassy new star Rita Ora's fashion is as streetwise as her music. Over the week I will be showing you how to recreate her style, hair and in this post, telling you her story.
Rita Ora was born in Pristina, SFR Yugoslavia (now Kosovo) and moved to the United Kingdom the same year of her birth. She grew up in West London and attended St Cuthbert with St Matthias CE Primary School in Earls Court, following which she graduated from Sylvia Young Theatre School and then St Charles Catholic Sixth Form College. She began singing from a young age. In 2004, she appeared in the British film Spivs. She auditioned for Eurovision: Your Country Needs You on BBC One to be the British contestant for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest but later withdrew from the competition after a few episodes as she did not feel ready.
In 2007, Ora had her first music release when she appeared on Craig David's track entitled "Awkward" and then again in 2008 on "Where's Your Love" featuring Tinchy Stryder, for which she also appears in the music video. Ora began singing in bars in and around London, and in 2009 a A&R told Roc Nation about Ora, a few days after Ora flew out to New York and met Jay Z. In 2009, Ora made a cameo on Jay-Z's video for "Young Forever" and "Over" by Drake. Ora caught the attention of Jay-Z and he signed her to Roc Nation, for which she was featured in a commercial for Roc Nation + Skullcandy Aviator Headphones.

Throughout 2011, Ora released viral videos of herself working on her debut album. On 14 December 2011, DJ Fresh and Ora released the music video for "Hot Right Now" on YouTube. The single was released on 12 February 2012 and reached No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart.
On 24 February 2012, Ora visited New York's Z100 radio station alongside her Roc Nation label boss Jay-Z, to premiere "How We Do (Party)", her debut single and the lead single from her upcoming studio album. "How We Do (Party)" borrows its familiar refrain from The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Party and Bullshit".
She has been recording her first studio album for two years. will.i.am, Ester Dean, Drake, The-Dream, Kanye West and Stargate are all working with Ora on her debut album.
When speaking about the sound of the album and its concept, Ora said it "definitely has pop in it, but (...) you can hear influences of jazz in there, you can hear influences of Monica and Aaliyah, and then you can hear Gwen Stefani.” She has also stated the album will be influenced by her father's record colllection which, in addition to reggae, also includes such artists as Eric Clapton and B.B. King. She confirmed the tracks "Roc the Life", "Love at War", "Facemelt" and "Shine Ya Light" to be featured on her debut album.
Her first solo record, "R.I.P." featuring Tinie Tempah, was released as her first UK single on 6 May 2012.The video directed by Emil Nava was recorded in Hackney, East London, and released on 4 April 2012. Produced by Chase & Status, the song debuted at the top of the UK Singles Chart, becoming her first solo UK number 1, and second overall. In May, Ora became a guest judge on the ninth series of the X Factor in the UK, with the auditions filmed at the O2 Arena, London. In an interview behind the scenes at The X Factor, Ora announced that her debut album will be called Ora. Whilst tourring with Coldplay, she later announced that it will be named O.R.A., an acronymised version of her surname, Ora, but is yet to decide what it will stand for.
In summer 2012, Ora will be opening stadiums for Coldplay.
